Current status
The current product does not send customer workspace content to an AI provider. We do not claim that an AI provider has a zero-retention or no-training contract because none is currently used for customer data.
Before AI features launch
Before an AI feature processes customer content, Haulbi will identify the provider, processing region, transferred data, retention and training terms, and any international-transfer safeguards. The provider inventory and customer contracts will be updated first.
Human review and limitations
Planned AI output should be clearly identified and presented for human review before consequential use. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice. The risk classification and transparency duties for each actual use case will be assessed against the EU AI Act before launch.
