Secure the work.
Then automate it.

haulbi is built by a small team in Wrocław and Hamburg. We are building it for the people who keep trade moving — the ones connecting the order, the warehouse and the relationship.

Why we started

Every business we talked to had the same shape of problem. Not a missing feature — a gap between systems that a person was filling by hand, every day, without it ever being anyone's job.

When the answer lives in a spreadsheet in one place and a system in another, people become the connection. That work is invisible, it does not scale, and it is the first thing to break when a team is busy.

So we are building the thing that sits in that gap: something that reads what arrives, prepares the next step, and hands a person a decision instead of a data-entry task.

Two cities. One team.

What we are aiming at

Automation that shows its work

An agent that acts without explaining itself is a liability. Everything haulbi prepares comes with the source it came from, so the person approving it can actually check.

Secure by where it runs

European infrastructure by default, with customer data separated between organisations. Security is an architecture decision, not a page on a website.

People keep the judgment

We automate the retyping, the lookup and the comparison. The decision about what to do next stays with the person who is accountable for it.
