Business use and accounts
Haulbi is offered to businesses and professional users, not consumers. An account has a personal workspace; eligible accounts may create a team workspace. You are responsible for authorised users and for keeping account access secure. Authentication is delegated to an identity provider; Haulbi does not collect account passwords.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans and budgets attach to workspaces. Any paid plan, billing interval, seat price, taxes and renewal details are shown in the accepted order or Stripe-hosted checkout. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are governed by the plan information shown at purchase and any signed agreement. A marketing demo request creates no paid contract.
Acceptable use and customer content
You retain rights to content you submit and grant Haulbi only the permissions needed to operate and support the service. Do not submit unlawful material, interfere with other tenants, circumvent access controls, or use the service to violate another person's rights. You remain responsible for instructions, access rights and lawful use of data in your workspace.
Availability and changes
Features may be in development and may change. The self-service offering has no published uptime guarantee. Any specific service level, support commitment or maintenance window must be set out in a separate written agreement. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active paid service where practicable.
AI features
AI agents and document workflows are not currently available in the product. If launched, AI-generated output may be inaccurate; users must review it before acting, especially for commercial, legal, customs or tax decisions. Haulbi will identify providers and data handling before enabling such features. Customer content will not be used to train models without a separate written agreement.
Ending use and data
The product supports account and workspace closure, a 30-day recovery period and JSON exports during that period. Some records, such as invoices and security evidence, may remain where legally required or justified. Specific suspension, non-payment and termination rights for paid plans require agreement in the applicable order terms; this page does not impose an unpublished dunning schedule.
Law and contact
Haulbi Sp. z o.o. is established in Poland. Any final governing-law, venue, liability-cap and mandatory-law provisions for a paid contract must be agreed in the customer contract. Questions: legal@haulbi.com.
