Providers and subprocessors

This is a provider inventory for review. A provider is a contractual subprocessor only for the processing activities covered by a signed DPA; marketing-site and billing recipients can have different roles.

Updated 25 September 2026 · English version

Hetzner Online GmbH · Germany

Planned product compute and storage in Germany. Hosting region, backup configuration and contractual data-processing terms require confirmation before customer data is onboarded.

Scaleway SAS · France

Transactional email service. Recipient and message content pass through the mail provider. The application's queue clears recipient and content after delivery, retaining delivery evidence as configured.

Stripe · Ireland and possible onward transfers

Stripe-hosted checkout and billing. Haulbi receives customer, subscription and invoice references, not payment-card details. Stripe's own service providers may involve transfers outside the EEA; verify the applicable transfer instrument in the signed provider terms.

Cal.com · booking

The Cal.com scheduler loads on the contact page only after the visitor allows external content. Its cloud service may process data in the United States. Confirm the deployment, provider terms and transfer mechanism before representing it as EU-hosted.

Identity and AI

ZITADEL is used for identity; whether the deployment is self-hosted or uses ZITADEL Cloud must be confirmed for the final provider list. No external AI provider currently processes customer data. This list will be updated before any AI integration is enabled.

Vercel website analytics

Vercel provides optional Web Analytics and Speed Insights for the marketing website after analytics consent. These services measure visits and page performance; they are separate from customer workspace data processing.
