3. Known limitations and ongoing work

Third-party embedded widgets (Cal.com scheduling) may temporarily have accessibility gaps until the upstream provider remediates them.
Some older PDF documents (if any) may not yet be fully tagged for screen-reader access. Where such documents exist, we are progressively replacing them with accessible HTML.
User-generated marketing imagery may carry alt text authored by third parties. We audit and supplement alt text where needed.

Accessibility is evaluated through a combination of automated testing (e.g. axe-core, Lighthouse, Pa11y), manual expert review against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, and assistive-technology testing (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, keyboard-only navigation).
