Privacy Request

Use this form to exercise your data-subject rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Once submitted, we will acknowledge receipt within seven days and respond substantively within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests).
Draft for review. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request to ensure we do not disclose data to the wrong person. We will not request more information than is necessary for verification.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights listed below. Select the one that best matches your request and we will route it to the right team.

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) — limit how we process your data while a dispute is resolved.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — withdraw a previously granted consent with effect for the future.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — we will tell you which authority is competent for you.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request within seven days.
  2. We verify your identity using the minimum information necessary.
  3. We respond substantively within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). For complex requests we may extend by up to two further months and will inform you of the extension and the reasons.
  4. If we cannot fulfil your request, we explain why and tell you about your right to complain to a supervisory authority.
